When Purchasing or Refinancing a home, it is recommended that you provide the following documents to ensure your application process is as smooth as possible:
- Paystubs for most recent 30 days
- W-2 statements for most recent 2 years
- Bank statements for most recent 2 months
- Tax Returns for most recent 2 years, if you are self-employed or own rental properties
- Current Mortgage Statement and Homeowners Insurance Policy, if you are applying for a refinance*
