What do I need to apply?

To get started, we recommend meeting with one of our experts or starting our easy online application. It's free, easy and available at your convenience!


When Purchasing or Refinancing a home, it is recommended that you provide the following documents to ensure your application process is as smooth as possible:

 

  • Paystubs for most recent 30 days
  • W-2 statements for most recent 2 years
  • Bank statements for most recent 2 months
  • Tax Returns for most recent 2 years, if you are self-employed or own rental properties
  • Current Mortgage Statement and Homeowners Insurance Policy, if you are applying for a refinance*
